A Newton woman is fighting to keep Clover, her 28.5-inch-tall miniature horse, at her home after the city denied her permit. Judy Hinchey says she spent nearly $100,000 building a shelter and fencing for Clover, who she hopes to train as a therapy animal, but neighbors have complained about the smell and the city says her property doesn’t meet manure-storage rules. Now, Hinchey is considering taking the fight to court. Hinchey joins Dan tonight with the latest on her efforts to keep Clover at home!
