On this week's episode of RunThrough presents 'Gone Running' Ben speaks to Rahema Mamodo.

Rahema, who describes the moment she was the 1st Hijabi runner on the front cover of ‘Women’s Running’ as one of the best moments of her life, is also a member of the Brooks Running Collective.

Having started running later in life Rahema has run distances from the 5K to ultra marathons. In this conversation, you’ll hear the challenges she faces on a day-to-day basis, not only as a female runner but also as someone from an Ethnic minority background, how when she started running she was almost put off by people shouting from cars or honking their horns but ultimately found a passion in a supportive community & why if you are thinking about running no matter what your background or experience you should give it a go!
