In this crazy episode, Running Machine and Rockstar Runner look back on their first episode. While realizing how far they have come, they laugh a lot at their silly younger selves. In the new segment they talk about what it was like in the beginning, on the anniversary of Rockstar Runner deciding to join the team.

While doing a Q&A Running Machine revealed what it was like starting out as a young Cross Country Runner and what she would have changed. Meanwhile Running Machine told a funny story about stopping a time trial for popsicles.
