While doing a Q&A Running Machine revealed what it was like starting out as a young Cross Country Runner and what she would have changed. Meanwhile Running Machine told a funny story about stopping a time trial for popsicles. 

In this episode, Running Machine and Rockstar Runner are back to discuss another injury. The running duo searches for ways to continue through injuries, but Running Machine decides it's best to take a break.
