Grand Jury Rejects Nolan Wells Claims, Death Ruled Drowning

The Grand Jury report is Nolan Wells death has been released.  The jury released a  “no true bill” decision meaning there is insufficient evidence to prove probable cause for criminal charges in Nolan's death.   Forty three witnesses were heard, 132 subpoenas issued, and extensive physical and digital evidence was reviewed.    The report states that the position, condition, and location of Wells’ body are “consistent with drowning.” Both the state medical examiner and an independent pathologist, however found the cause and manner of death undetermined. A third mother has claimed post partum psychosis for the death of her children. Corie Walsh,41,  is facing murder charges for the death of her two-year-old son Barrett "Bear" Walsh. He was unresponsive in a home bathroom in Frankfort, Illinois. Corie Walsh was hospitalized with self-inflicted injuries.    Police report that Walsh stated she killed her son because she believed he was the "anti-Christ."  Her legal team says Walsh was suffering from severe mental illness at the time. The diagnosis... grief psychotic disorder. Janette R. MacAusland, 49,  is another mother accused of murdering her two young children, Kai, 7, and Ella, 6.   MacAusland worked as an acupuncturist and massage therapist. According to  affidavits,  MacAusland drove three hours to her aunt’s home with a visible neck wound and dried blood on her body. Fraser Bohm's murder trial set to begin in December. The 24-year-old is currently out of custody on a $4 million bond. He's charged with four counts of second-degree murder and four counts of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence.  He's accused of driving 104 mph on the Pacific Coast Highway crashing into and killing four Pepperdine University seniors: Niamh Rolston, Peyton Stewart, Asha Weir, and Deslyn Williams. Social influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate arrested in Miami in July, after an extradition request by UK officials on charges of rape, human trafficking, and sexual exploitation.   They were first arrested in Romania in December 2022, accused of human trafficking, forming an organized crime group, and sexual exploitation of women.  British prosecutors brought new charges against the Tates in 2024–2025, alleging offenses between 2010 and 2017. Andrew Tate faces 42 charges, including rape, arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, assault causing actual bodily harm, and offenses related to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography. Tristan Tate faces 17 charges, including sexual assault, rape, and facilitating sex trafficking.   On July 18, 2026, the U.S. Marshals Service arrested the brothers on a sealed warrant issued by the UK.    Court filings describe incidents where victims were allegedly strangled and assaulted without consent.
