
3RD LINDSAY "CLANCY-STYLE" HOMICIDE, HOLDOUT JUROR ATTACK
A third mother has claimed post partum psychosis for the death of her children. Corie Walsh,41, is facing murder charges for the death of her two-year-old son Barrett "Bear" Walsh. He was unresponsive in a home bathroom in Frankfort, Illinois. Corie Walsh was hospitalized with self-inflicted injuries.
Police report that Walsh stated she killed her son because she believed he was the "anti-Christ." Her legal team says Walsh was suffering from severe mental illness at the time. The diagnosis... grief psychotic disorder.
Janette R. MacAusland, 49, is another mother accused of murdering her two young children, Kai, 7, and Ella, 6. MacAusland worked as an acupuncturist and massage therapist. According to affidavits, MacAusland drove three hours to her aunt’s home with a visible neck wound and dried blood on her body. She allegedly confessed toher aunt she had killed her children and wanted “the three of us to go to God together, but it didn’t work.” Police found Kai and Ella dead in their mother’s bed. strangled. She has pleaded not guilty to two counts of first‑degree murder
