" For My Sister," Denise Brown's Legacy to Nicole Brown Simpson
It's been 32 years since Nicole Brown Simpson was murdered outside her home along with Ron Goldman. O.J. Simpson was acquitted at trial, but many still believe he killed his ex-wife. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and with the release of her new book, For My Sister Nicole: Love Shouldn’t Hurt, Denise Brown continues her decades of work helping domestic violence survivors.
Denise details how she long believed Nicole was not a “battered woman,” but after discovering Nicole’s private journals detailing years of abuse, she learned what her sister had endured. The journals revealed the physical, emotional, and manipulative abuse Nicole had kept hidden.
Another book written by Keith Zlomsowitch, a former boyfriend of Nicole Brown Simpson "STALKED: 'It could have been me," lays out his firsthand account of his relationship with O.J. Simpson's ex-wife, Simpson's stalking, the murders of Brown and Ron Goldman, and the trial.
Keith Zlomsowitch, a restaurateur dated Nicole Brown Simpson for about a month, shortly after she separated from O.J. Simpson. Their relationship was characterized by intense stalking from O.J. Simpson.
Zlomsowitch told a grand jury that Simpson stalked and spied on them, including a time he watched them through a window while they were on the couch during sex.
