Convicted Delphi murderer Richard Allen is appealing his 130-year sentence, arguing that solitary confinement induced severe psychosis that led to false confessions. Patrick Clancy speaks out about the loss of his children, describing how his 8-mon-old died in his arms. Clancy says he was thankful for the final four days in the hospital with Callan, but says the loss is something “from which there will never be closure.”   Patrick Clancy was the first witness called to testify in his ex-wife's trial. The lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial has spoken out following a deadlocked mistrial, asserting that physical evidence proves the Massachusetts mother knew exactly what she was doing when she strangled her three children. An 18-year-old freshman football player at UMass Dartmouth was fatally stabbed outside a Rhode Island restaurant following an altercation that originated at a local nightclub. An 82-year-old grandmother was killed and two family members critically injured on an Arizona freeway after an alleged impaired driver struck their vehicles as they finished changing a flat tire. The Grand Jury report is Nolan Wells death has been released.  The jury released a  “no true bill” decision meaning there is insufficient evidence to prove probable cause for criminal charges in Nolan's death.   Forty three witnesses were heard, 132 subpoenas issued, and extensive physical and digital evidence was reviewed.    The report states that the position, condition, and location of Wells’ body are “consistent with drowning.” Both the state medical examiner and an independent pathologist, however found the cause and manner of death undetermined.
