What does a former professional arm wrestler, trailer manufacturer and bison rancher have in common? Nothing other than that used to be Isaiah Winter's former professions. Growing up playing sports he started out building the other careers we mentioned but just wasn't getting that career fulfillment. He started working with high school teams learning his true strengths are pouring into people helping them develop in their field. Sebastian Curtain has been opening doors leaning in on things he really enjoys doing. A communication major from the University of Pittsburgh he landed an internship at ESPN Cleveland which opened many doors for him in the behind the scenes world of sports. Dave knew after playing many sports throughout his childhood that perhaps going pro just wasn't in the cards. He has always had an interest in cinematography and still has a passion for being a man in the wild while filming a documentary on wildlife, however during his time at the University of Wisconsin he obtained an opportunity that would give him a new path. An internship with ESPN. While he isn't on the field as the quarterback of your favorite NFL team, he is on the field filming those games for major pieces for NFL Films, Inside the NFL, and Coach Prime. Hali Oughton Petrick is the Director of Digital and Social Content for the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, and the Colorado Mammoth along with Altitude TV. As a Division One athlete her path throughout college was in the direction of behind in front of the camera as a sideline reporter and commentator, but she has since found her passion in helping others behind the camera and in the process has accomplished some AMAZING things! Leaning into his current role Shawn McIntosh is passionate about being the CFO (Chief Fan Officer) for the Charlotte Football Club. The role has come full circle as he grew up overseas in Italy playing soccer as a kid, is a fan, and hits the field here and there as an adult. Majoring in Criminal Justice Shawn had the opportunity to major in Sports Business and claim an internship at a minor league team allowing him to fully grasp all aspects of the sport. From there he learned what he loved and what he didn't totally love and the experiences he had have led to his success. Colton Heisey is a professional caddy touring the PGA circuit. Sports wise his background is well versed in football, basketball, and baseball but he found himself playing golf in college at McDaniel's. After graduating he moved down to West Palm Beach to caddy at a club and as the story goes, he and a friend were joking around about caddying at an event which resulted in a career move. Shannon Wheeler is a talented musician and comedian with a creative eye and a passion for fishing. Fishing ponds with his friends growing up he went off to college for Graphic Design and landed in the fishing world through building websites. Growing up in Philadelphia Ryan played hockey and lacrosse, taking lacrosse with him to Kings College he learned all he could about video production. Rolling through an intense interview process right out of college, with little to no funds, Ryan landed himself in the room with Pat McAfee and moved to Indy to produce the Pat McAfee show.
