Being self taught in the film world and a golf equipment junkie has led him to the wonderful world of Callaway Golf as a Tour Content Manager by putting himself out there in different ways. Dave knew after playing many sports throughout his childhood that perhaps going pro just wasn't in the cards. He has always had an interest in cinematography and still has a passion for being a man in the wild while filming a documentary on wildlife, however during his time at the University of Wisconsin he obtained an opportunity that would give him a new path. Leaning into his current role Shawn McIntosh is passionate about being the CFO (Chief Fan Officer) for the Charlotte Football Club. The role has come full circle as he grew up overseas in Italy playing soccer as a kid, is a fan, and hits the field here and there as an adult. Majoring in Criminal Justice Shawn had the opportunity to major in Sports Business and claim an internship at a minor league team allowing him to fully grasp all aspects of the sport. From there he learned what he loved and what he didn't totally love and the experiences he had have led to his success. Colton Heisey is a professional caddy touring the PGA circuit. Sports wise his background is well versed in football, basketball, and baseball but he found himself playing golf in college at McDaniel's. After graduating he moved down to West Palm Beach to caddy at a club and as the story goes, he and a friend were joking around about caddying at an event which resulted in a career move. Growing up in Philadelphia Ryan played hockey and lacrosse, taking lacrosse with him to Kings College he learned all he could about video production. Rolling through an intense interview process right out of college, with little to no funds, Ryan landed himself in the room with Pat McAfee and moved to Indy to produce the Pat McAfee show.
