Molly Yeh is the Emmy- and James Beard Award-nominated star of Girl Meets Farm on the Food Network; owner of Bernie’s, a bakery and cafe in East Grand Forks, Minnesota; and a bestselling cookbook author. Molly bakes beautiful, buttery, super-moist cakes, sometimes testing a recipe more than 30 times to get it right.
