Clint Kohl is a coach, personal trainer, and athlete who’s been immersed in fitness and performance for over a decade. After more than 10 years in CrossFit — including competing at the CrossFit Games twice — he transitioned into endurance sports.

Clint has taken on HYROX and is now preparing for his next big challenges: the Coast to Coast multisport race in a team of three, followed by Ironman 70.3 Taupō. His journey continues to blend strength, endurance, and discipline both as a performer and as a coach helping others reach their own goals.
