Today I sat down with ⁠Lauren Papanos MS, RD, CSSD⁠, the founder of ⁠Functional Fueling, a Registered Dietician and Hormone Specialist focusing on healing your body through food and integrative solutions. With a background as an athlete herself she started in sports dietetics and as she healed her own hormones she set out to help fellow women heal their hormones too. Lauren is the host of the Strength in Hormones Podcast and provides 1:1 coaching programs, strength training protocols, grocery guides and all around resources to live a healthy life focused on food as medicine. We talk about her hormone journey, she gives insight into mine as I'm currently navigating it and general tips like what to look for in practitioners, what kind of labs are out there to empower your health through data and overall wellness practices she uses to keep herself in optimal health.
