Stress has become a part of our daily lives, and it affects everyone, regardless of the circumstances. In this episode, I discuss stress management and share some tips to manage it effectively. It is essential to identify the symptoms of stress and address them before they escalate. Additionally, I highlight the importance of identifying the root causes of stress and addressing them. Towards the end, I introduce the WOOP method, a four-step process that helps us achieve our goals without stress.
