At the latest Conference of the Parties held in Egypt, a historic agreement on "Loss and Damage" was reached, paving the way for poorer countries impacted by climate change to receive billions of dollars of support from wealthier nations. Still, the details on the agreement are scarce, and there were many unanswered questions.
