#EP6 “Triathlon” Taren Gesell

Taren Gesell, or as he’s known on the internet Triathlon Taren runs his own business dedicated to helping beginner triathletes (that’s the crazy sport where people swim bike and run), and I’m so excited to have him on the show because I personally have benefited from him putting out tonnes and tonnes of useful content via his YouTube channel, Instagram feed, podcast, newsletter, and online coaching. Taren is a perfect example of someone who decided they wanted to do what they truly loved and enjoyed for a living, set about building a great community around that, and is continually giving to that community.
