This law is effectively the "you reap what you sow" law! So how do we look at this energetically? This Law has a big name but a simple message - you can change the narrative. Basically this law states that energy is always in flux, in flow, moving, shifting and changing. Once we accept this to be the case then we can apply this to our own lives, our moods and emotions. Yes, we can be feeling stressed or sad or worried but this Law teaches us that we have the power to shift that energy. The awareness that we can move our energy with our intention, allows us to change the narrative, change our minds!
