Meet the guest: Dr. Nicolas DiLorenzo earned a Ph.D. and M.S. in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota after completing a degree in Agricultural Engineering at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Argentina. After a postdoctoral research appointment at Texas Tech University, Dr. DiLorenzo joined the University of Florida, with work focused on beef cattle nutrition, ruminal fermentation, and reducing environmental impact.
