Also starring Bill Nighy, Imelda Staunton, George Mackay, Jonny Flynn and Dominic West, it & Sons tells the story of a reclusive novelist who calls his sons to meet, convinced he's about to die. Now as occasionally happens on Soundtracking, this episode is less about music than usual, but Noah is fascinating on his craft, and also discusses many of the other projects he's been involved with, including A Quiet Place. Our latest guest on Soundtracking is actor Vicky Krieps is actor Vicky Krieps, who join us to discuss her beautiful performance in Love Me Tender. In it, she plays Clemence, a Parisian mum fighting her ex-husband for custody of their son. For every part she plays, Vicky writes a song, which either helps inspire her or find closure for her relationship with the character.

Our latest guest is Megan Park, who returns to Soundtracking to discuss her young adult drama, Sterling Point, which will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video from 5th August. The story revolves around Annie and her twin brother, who inherit their mysterious grandfather's lake island in Canada, where they find new friends, budding romances and untold family secrets.
