Many of us don’t feel like it’s healthy to express rage, and/or we are thrown or upset when we see others express it. We’ll dive into why rage is actually necessary when it comes from a place of compassion + love and talk about ways we can use that rage for the betterment of ourselves and the more-than-human world around us.
