Ep. 417- Batman Beyond - The Winning Edge (Revisited)
The DCAU Review is staying in the future, fresh off the series finale review of The Zeta Project, so the hosts are taking a second look at the Batman Beyond season one episode "The Winning Edge." With the resurgence of interest in Bane as of late, the hosts discuss an episode that tells the sad reality of Bane's steroid abuse and a story that sees Terry get accused by his mom of being addicted to Venom infused patches called "slappers," The hosts revisit their scorecard for the episode and discuss the release of the series soundtrack since the original review and how that changes the appreciation for the episode's score. All of this, a discussion on whether or not the villain is "the new Bane" and a look at next week's spooky second look at another Beyond classic await you on this week's DCAU Review!
