The medicine is extracted from the tree's sap and is traditionally consumed alongside ayahuasca during a dieta, which is a focused period of working with a specific plant. Reflecting on my first experience with Noya Rao, I describe it as a powerful dismantling of my ego and identity, likening it to an explosion that reshapes one's understanding of self. This year, I returned to deepen my journey, eager to explore the next level of expansion in my life, business, and relationships.
