She went on to become the Country Manager of Cotton On managing over 200 stores and more than $250M in sales. From there she moved to General Manager at TOM Co, where she radically expanded their range and led the business to a successful sale. Brooke loves both big and small business, coaching startups and demonstrating her strategic scaling prowess. She's not just a leader; she's a legend in the industry, and is passionate about good business.
