Intentionally practicing new thoughts literally ignites new possibilities in your brain about who you are. This cognitive shift will improve your effectiveness and energy and really will help you GET STUFF DONE.

Don't settle for your "default programming" when it comes to your kids! Better responses are always possible when your thoughts and beliefs improve. Practicing "ahead of time" will will make a big difference when the hot moments of parenting arise. Imagine yourself in your own parenting situations as you say these potentially new thoughts out loud or in your mind. 

Just a few alternative thoughts before you head out there looking for love. You just may be in need of an upgrade since better thoughts = better feelings = better results.  Every time.
