On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the ruling class elitists in Europe and America betrayed their countries by refusing honest debate about uncontrolled immigration of Islamists. These elites encouraged and allowed overwhelming border surges, motivated partly by Islamist strategies to conquer the West. In the U.S., Democrats pursued open borders, try to defund enforcement like ICE to build a future voting base of illegal immigrants. Islamists will vote Democrat temporarily before ultimately destroying both parties and taking over, as seen in parts of Europe, NYC, and Dearborn. The NYC terrorist attack is an example: two young Muslim men, inspired by ISIS, attempted to bomb an anti-Islamist protest, shouting "Allahu Akbar" but the devices failed. Mainstream media and Democrats downplayed or obscured the Islamist terrorist motive, framing it vaguely as devices at an anti-Muslim rally, condemning Islamophobia instead, and avoiding the truth of a near-mass-casualty jihadist attack, which the speaker sees as part of a broader pattern of cover-up by media and elites who tolerate or support such threats. Also, the Iranian regime is not finished off. Let's stick with the plan. Condition-based operations. The media and the Democrats will howl like coyotes no matter what. Any economic impact will be temporary. But the worst outcome would be a prematurely declare victory and the Iranian regime lives to slaughter and nuke another day. Later, the SAVE America act is a no brainer and Democrats desperately oppose it because they benefit from fraudulent practices enabled by big-city political machines. Sen Chuck Schumer acts like a modern George Wallace by insisting everyone should vote—not just legal voters—allowing illegal ballots, double voting, or votes for the deceased to neutralize legitimate votes. Much of this fraud is allegedly legalized, making proof difficult and necessitating stricter statutes like voter ID requirements. Finally, Mort Klein, National President of the Zionist Organization of America, calls in and explains that that the United States would need to confront and attack Iran even without Israel's existence, due to nearly 50 years of direct hostility toward America. This operation must continue to dismantle the regime, protect American lives, prevent nuclear acquisition, and support Iranians desiring freedom, marking the end of past U.S. policies of delay and concessions. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, for the media, and now for most politicians, what's most important is not winning this war against Iran AND ensuring it's not replaced by another monstrous regime, but the price of gasoline on a daily basis. If this military campaign is ended prematurely, and the second phase of ensuring the institution of a civil government is not accomplished, chances are this entire effort will be for naught.  The economic, geo-political, and national security gains, which have been immense, and the stated goal of liberating the Iranian people, which initiated this process, could become a disaster in every respect -- including political. After we destroyed the Japanese regime in WWII, the U.S. wrote their constitution and installed a government that would be aligned with us.  We must give very focused thought to what comes after the Iranian regime's navy, air force, missiles, and top leadership are destroyed.  It still has a standing army, secret police, and an entire Islamist-supporting infrastructure.  There are many approaches to dealing with this short of a democracy project or sending hundreds of thousands of soldiers.  But to be clear, if a void is created and left there, and we do not fill it (perhaps with our allies) or significantly influence how it is tilled, it most definitely will be filled by the forces in Iran that remain from the old regime with the support of their allies, including China and Russia. Also, polls show that 91% approve of President Trump's handling of the Iran situation among MAGA supporters and 83% among Republicans. Since Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Steve Bannon, and Candace Owens opposed this military campaign, their audience must largely consist of leftists, anti-Semites, foreigners, Islamists, Marxists, and Democrats. Later, Democrats fiercely oppose voter ID requirements, particularly photo IDs, despite broad public support across all races.  Photo IDs are routinely required for everyday activities, yet Democrats claim they are too difficult to obtain, especially for Black people and married women, which is inherently racist and condescending. Without photo ID verification, there is no reliable way to confirm a voter's identity, prevent double voting, or stop impersonation, particularly in the 11 states (mostly Democratic) that do not require any ID.  Finally, Dr James Lindsay calls in and argues that efforts to drive a wedge between Jews and Christians, and to redefine Americanism, stem from multiple interconnected motives. Primarily, opponents of President Trump are now attempting to weaken him and his agenda from within by fracturing his coalition. This includes pushing the Republican Party toward a more radical, identity-based politics inspired by failed European conservatism, moving away from the traditional American ideal of equal citizenship regardless of background. Influencers driving these narratives are motivated by a mix of genuine ideological commitment to paleoconservative or Buchanan-style views, financial incentives like chasing clicks, payments, bot amplification, and foreign boosting, all converging to reorganize the Republican Party and sever U.S.-Israel ties to diminish America's global defensive posture. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump speaks live from Doral, Florida on the latest from the Iran war, Cuba, Venezuela, Russia and the SAVE America Act. Operation Epic Fury has to be done right rather than quickly. There needs to be careful planning to avoid leaving conditions for another repressive, genocidal Islamist regime to emerge. On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, WREC’s Ben Ferguson fills in for Mark. A recent poll revealed strong public support for strict immigration enforcement despite media and Democratic opposition. 57% of Americans favor deporting all illegal immigrants, including 79% of Republicans, 54% of independents, and a notable 35% of Democrats. The poll underscores that Americans prioritize a secure border, law and order, and reducing the impacts of illegal immigration on jobs, housing costs, and public resources. This is as evidence that Democratic and media efforts to portray enforcement actions inhumane have failed. President Trump has a clear mandate for to continue border security and deportation policies. Also, American forces have now sunk or destroyed over 30 Iranian ships and over 200 targets have been struck in 72 hours. The U.S. is systematically dismantling Iran's ballistic missile production capabilities and has already destroyed much of their air defenses, while Iran's ballistic missile attacks have dropped 90% and drone attacks 83% since the operation began, leaving Iran in panic mode. Trump's military strike on Iran has delivered a significant economic blow to China by disrupting its critical oil supplies. Almost all of Iran's exported oil and more than half of Venezuela's went directly to China last year. Later, Trump announced that he is replacing Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem with Senator Markwayne Mullin, effective March 31st.  Despite her accomplishments on the border, her controversies led to her being the first cabinet official removed. Afterward, Barack Obama urged Virginians to vote yes on a ballot measure to amend the state's constitution, allowing temporary redrawing of congressional districts ahead of the midterms.  Obama frames this as a necessary response to Republican-led mid-decade redistricting in other states that allegedly gives them unfair advantages. This is hypocritical gerrymandering by Democrats, who are masters of the practice but now accuse Republicans of it, motivated by fear of Trump's popularity and aimed at preventing Republicans from holding the House. Also, the truth about war powers - no president, of either party, has accepted the constitutionality of the 1973 War Powers Act.  The Supreme Court has never ruled on the Act's constitutionality and likely never will.  The first draft of the Constitution provided that Congress would have the power to make war. The delegates at the Constitutional Convention rejected that language and changed it to declare war. To declare war does not result in making war. The only power Congress has to prevent a military operation is the power of the purse.  Other than the vice president, the president is the only federal official elected by the entirety of the people.  In addition to the institutional impossibility of war powers and decisions in the hands of a multi-member body like Congress, the president is the only official who was elected to, among other things, serve as commander-in-chief. Later, Israel's Ambassador to the United Nations calls in and describes the ongoing operation against Iran as progressing positively, with Israel and the US achieving near-complete air superiority over Iranian skies, enabling them to neutralize threats effectively.  Iran's regional attacks and desperation have backfired, uniting moderate Arab countries in strong opposition to Iran, as seen in recent Security Council sessions.  Afterward, after Pearl Harbor, the isolationist movement quickly dissolved, with figures like Charles Lindbergh shifting to support the war effort. In contrast, today's group of Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson and their ilk, refuse to unite behind Trump, the military during the ongoing military campaign. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff calls in to break down his stunning negotiations with the Iranian regime before President Trump made his decision to attack. These meetings were to explore whether a verifiable, enforceable nuclear deal was possible under Trump.  From the outset, the Iranians asserted that uranium enrichment was Iran's inalienable right and declared their large stockpile of enriched material—approximately 22,000 pounds—was off the table for negotiation. This could yield about 11 nuclear bombs if further enriched. Witkoff and Jared Kushner quickly became skeptical of Iran's willingness to make acceptable concessions. These meetings convinced Witkoff and Kushner that Iran had no genuine interest in a civilian nuclear program. Instead, Iran sought to disguise an ongoing research and development effort to maintain enrichment flexibility and breakout capability.  Rejecting the no-enrichment deal revealed their true motivations were not civilian but weapons-oriented, allowing rapid production of enough material for dozens of bombs if unchecked. Witkoff reported these deceptions and unassailable facts to President Trump, who then made a tough, consequential decision in response. Later, our Framers of the Constitution were so brilliant and prescient.  What you see, right now, occurring in Congress, is precisely why the delegates at the Constitutional Convention did not confer war powers on Congress. In fact, the delegates specifically changed the original draft of the Constitution from Congress having the power to make war to the power to declare war. That is, Congress was granted the authority to declare its support for war, not declare war as a condition of making war or going to war.  And it is precisely why declarations of war have never been determinative in whether war is made or not -- since the beginning of our Republic.  It is also why Congress cannot force the commander-in-chief to go to war by the act of declaring war.  Learn more about your ad choices. This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Woke Reich isolationists in the Trump administration who are leaking confidential if not classified discussions with the President respecting options against Iran are committing crimes. They must be found and prosecuted. DOJ should ask the FBI to launch an investigation into the sources of these leaks. Then, lots of Democrats are boycotting the State of the Union address. The truth is they’d be more comfortable sitting in UN seats listening to some Marxist or Islamist dictator spewing hate about our country. This is a party that accepts no traditions or customs. The Democrat Party is radical and intent on destroying the economy, citizenship, and national sovereignty. They want to dismantle the American system through policies like open borders, no deportations, treating illegal aliens as citizens, and eliminating voter ID. No more fan dancing around with Iran. They have no intention of honoring agreements and is reconstituting its nuclear program with help from allies like China, Russia, and North Korea. There is overwhelming U.S. military superiority in the region. This is not about endless wars or interventionism but confronting a clear, existential threat. Leaving this weakened regime in place betrays future generations, as it will never abandon its nuclear ambitions aimed at America. Enough is enough—it is time to act decisively. The moment is now.
