I get it because I lived that for years. I stayed stuck in destructive habits, running the same scripts in my head, thinking this was just how life was. Whether it was snorting coke, binge-watching Netflix, or just escaping in any way I could, I didn’t realize I was programming my mind for failure.

The truth is – the way I was thinking was shaping my entire life. But when I finally decided that enough was enough and took the steps to change my mindset, my reality shifted completely.

I let go of the old Luke and stepped into a new version of myself. It wasn’t easy. It meant making choices that left some people behind, and it felt uncomfortable, but it was necessary. Once I realized how powerful mindset is in shaping our reality, I started living a life that I'm proud of today.
