Game Recap: Blues 5, Canucks 2 Jimmy Snuggerud scored twice, pacing St. Louis to a 5–2 win over Vancouver.Brayden Schenn added a goal and an assist, while Nick Bjugstad and Jake Neighbours also got goals for the Blues. For Vancouver, Kiefer Sherwood was the lone bright spot with two goals, including one short-handed tally. Kevin Lankinen started in net and made 30 saves, but gave up five goals on 35 shots. The Blues struck early and often, including a power-play goal by Snuggerud and a 3-on-2 rush that restored their two-goal cushion. 🔍 Key Notes & TakeawaysThe Canucks’ penalty kill, which had been spotless, finally cracked: Snuggerud scored on the power play—Vancouver’s first goal allowed in that area this season. Vancouver showed spirit by getting goals back in the second via Sherwood, but couldn’t maintain momentum. Offensively, other than Sherwood, the Canucks were quiet.
