This Rest Day Restorative Yoga class is designed to offer a true pause. It is an invitation to take a break from the overstimulation of social media and daily noise, allowing your nervous system to settle in silence. With minimal cues and long holds, this practice creates space for quiet, inward reflection and deep sensory rest. It is a gentle way to reset your energy and reconnect with the slower rhythms that often go unnoticed in the busyness of life.
It is also a rest day in the most physical sense. If you have been lifting weights, following a gym split, or moving your body with intensity, this class supports your recovery. The practice gives your muscles space to repair and rebuild while your body stays grounded in stillness. The restorative postures are thoughtfully chosen to open the body without effort, offering a full reset for both body and mind.
