The White Sox season has been more of the same, with an awful implosion today, and Davidson said today the playoffs are a realistic goal next year but would take a "major step." How about make the playoffs in 2027 or you lose your job for both front offices? Are fans *too* patient with these teams?

Basically the last 800 PAs he has been an elite player. Is it really that crazy to suggest he's the best player in the city right now?  What is with the teams in this town settling for mediocrity? The Bulls are committing to a head coach before even talking to GM candidates, and now the Hawks are extending Kyle Davidson after multiple consecutive bottom 3 finishes. Davidson, by the way, said in 2024 that they couldn't finish bottom 3 anymore. 2024!!
