Cooper Raiff burst onto the scene with Shithouse & Cha Cha Real Smooth, a pair of indie dramatic comedies that are very funny and deeply felt. The writer, director, and actor turns to TV with Hal & Harper, a new 8-part series that premiered at Sundance 2025 before debuting on Mubi. Amanda and Zach speak to Cooper about adapting his style to a series, whether he finds writing easier as he’s grown, and whether he’ll return to the world of movies.
