Seasons of Change | How to embrace change and reduce the anxiety that comes with it
Today's episode is about those inevitable seasons of change in our lives, and how to become the kind of person that embraces those changes rather than resisting them. I talk about how I shifted into a 'feel the fear and do it anyways' mindset after spending nearly 20 years of my life as an extremely socially anxious person. I also give you tools like EFT Tapping to help reduce your anxiety when you are in a state of fear/anxiety.
