The Golden Jamie Awards 2024 (Part 1)

Tyler and the Davids chat about a few films featuring one of the greats, Nicolas Cage. Those films being: Vampire's Kiss, Con Air and Face/Off.I couldn't think of a worse podcast if I tried! And YOU have to listen to it!

Jillian, Tyler and Caitlyn talk about three films based on albums. Including: Tommy (The Who), Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (The Beatles), and The Wall (Pink Floyd).I bet none of them are real fans! Name three songs!!!

Chris and Tyler chat about the 20th anniversary release of, what was at one point, the last Star Wars movie. All they manage to prove is; once a nerd, always a nerd.

Chris and Tyler monkey around while talking about three films with primates that aren't actually monkeys. I actually have no idea what a monkey is at this point. The films are: Bed Time for Bonzo, Every Which Way But Loose and Ed.

Jillian, Chris and Tyler chat about Jim Henson's fantasy cult-classic, Labyrinth. Chris throws a tempter tantrum when he finds out Gonzo isn't in the movie.

Since they're skipping to Revenge of the Sith for theatrical releases, Tyler and special guest Jamie Zin, quickly get this one out of the way-- I mean... They have a thoughtful discussion on one of the Star Wars movies of all time. It certainly is one of them.

Alternatively, Direct to Dumpster X because that is edgy and cool like one of our films this evening. David and Tyler chat about three direct to video films: Things (1989), Dominator (2003) and Finding Jesus (2020).

Wrapping up this year's Golden Jamies, Chris and Tyler give their top five films of 2024!
