Tarth, nicknamed the Sapphire Isle, is a beautiful island in Shipbreaker Bay, and has long been a part of the Stormlands. Eons ago they had their own kings with both First Man and Andal ancestry, but the rulers of Tarth have always been dubbed “the Evenstar”, and have resided in Evenfall Hall while maintaining strength at sea. Island folk are always at least a little different from mainlanders and they are no exception. This is the house of Brienne after all, but the story of House Tarth includes another historical exception as well - Ser Duncan the Tall, not to mention a blood connection to House Targaryen.
