Welcome back to the Client Series! Today meet Carol, founder of @soundmindacu 🤝 She helps women stop endlessly working on themselves & finally come out of the low-level depression that has felt like a constant companion…so they can become their true self NOW through QNRT, NET, & acupuncture.  When she came to me…her practice was no longer fulfilling her (even though she’d established a consistent client base over YEARS). Secretly, she was called to new modalities, a different ideal client, & a fresh approach to marketing. Despite feeling trapped in the “session by session” model, change felt SCARY.She was used to clients finding her via Google search or referral…so selling online felt completely foreign.Fast forward? 🧲  After joining multiple rounds of Attraction by Design she: ⭐️Created a 3+ month program (& filled spots immediately) ⭐️Started receiving thousands in full vs. ~$75/hour (hello predictable revenue) ⭐️Attracted clients with higher-commitment & higher success rates⭐️Feels consistently relaxed vs. anxious as a practitioner ⭐️Enforces boundaries & policies with 0 people pleasing spirals⭐️Has more fun & authentically expresses herself on social media After initially wondering “will my business fall apart?” & “will anyone invest into my new program?” she now has unwavering conviction that her work is EXACTLY what so many women need 🔥 Ow ow! What Carol says to anyone on the fence about hiring me? “You need a coach, flat out! If fear is the only thing holding you back, just jump in.” ❤️ My blend of practical systems & holding safe space for thoughts, feelings, & patterns was especially impactful. And pssst - constant live launching or creating new offerings was NOT required for her.Listen in for the BTS strategic & mindset shifts she made to have this transformation? In the second half of the conversation, Carol also shares her wisdom about:Befriending your symptomsHow subconscious beliefs keep us stuck (in all realms of life)How to approach short term vs. chronic symptomsHit play now! 🎧 CONNECT WITH CAROL:Breakthrough Call booking: https://app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule/42667a3b/appointment/81590278/calendar/12517600 Website: soundmindacu.comIG: https://www.instagram.com/soundmindacu_carol CONNECT WITH KRISTEN:Free Booked Out Business Blueprint CallInstagram

Welcome back to the Client Case Study Series! Today I’m talking to Surya Milner who’s the co-founder of Empress of Ghee, which makes small-batch, grassfed ghee in Montana. She's also the creator of East/West, a Substack devoted to helping women heal their bodies through ancestral foods, movement, and connection with the divine.I’ve had the pleasure of working with Surya for multiple rounds of Attraction by Design over the last 1+ years. When she came to me, she had no business…she’d been selling her small-batch ghee at a farmers market as a hobby & had about 43 IG followers. What’s covered in her case study: Where Surya was before reaching out to me (no business, ~40 IG followers, dabbling at the farmers market, wondering “would anyone want this?”)Surya’s biggest wins (quitting her job, profitable year 1, charging premium prices, becoming a nationwide brand with 30+ retailers, won $20k at a venture competition, monthly sales, recurring revenue, hiring an employee) The biggest strategic shifts (building an online/offline ecosystem to nurture customers, high-end brand positioning, launching bundles/a subscription program) The biggest mindset shift (believing others would join her mission & love her product before the proof)Surya’s hesitations about investing in coaching for the first time (why Attraction by Design was “worth it 100x over”)We kept her strategy SIMPLE & leveraged AI so she was able to achieve all of this WHILE working full time (before quitting) AND planning her wedding. The best part? She was able to overcome the “cringe” factor & have fun with selling (in a way that felt 100% authentic to HER). What’s covered in her spotlight:How Surya prioritizes nutrition, ancestral cooking, & Ayurvedic principles as a female founder Benefits of ghee & daily uses The power of in person community socially & professionallySurya’s closing advice for building a biz in 2026 (“done better than perfect”) Don’t miss this conversation! –Connect with Surya:Empress of Ghee websiteEast/West SubstackConnect with Kristen: InstagramFree Booked Out Business Blueprint Call

Welcome back to the Client Case Study Series, friend!Today I’m talking to Jordanna Cheifetz, the founder, CEO, & resident hype woman at JAC Digital Media. For 9 years, she's been helping brands stop chasing vanity metrics & start building real connections with their audiences. That was just it…she’d created success – the multi 6-figure company, the team, the location freedom, & the clients who stayed with her since the very beginning. And? She had the marketing skill. So, she was extra frustrated that, nearly a decade in, she was suddenly feeling like an imposter, struggling to break her sales plateau, & even considering throwing in the towel. What’s covered in her case study: Where Jordanna was at before reaching out to me (retainer drought for 7+ months, chasing low-ticket sales for quick cash, working IN vs. ON the biz, hearing “no” from prospects) Jordanna’s biggest wins (5 new 4-5 figure retainer clients in 2026 alone, raising her rates for content shoots while staying booked out, consistent high-quality leads, getting time back in her weeks, sold out panel event) The biggest strategic shifts (restructuring her packages, ditching proposals, no more boutique pricing, a pre-qualification vetting process, selling ROI vs. features) The biggest mindset shifts (believing people will invest long-term/high-end with HER, stepping into her leadership in the sales process)Jordanna’s hesitations about investing after “other coaches didn’t work” & why Attraction by Design was differentWhat’s covered in her spotlight:Connection is the new currency: why clients come from connection FIRST How video helps to pre-sell prospects BEFORE they come to a free consult or sales callWhy we need more resilient entrepreneurs & less entitlement in the space The best part? She was able to do all this WITHOUT posting 3x daily, constantly launching new offers to “hold her audience's attention,” or sending spammy cold DM’s. We hope you love this one!–Connect with Jordanna:FREE GIFT https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/sl/sY50c2l/jacfreebiehttps://www.jacdigitalmedia.com/https://www.instagram.com/jac_digital/https://www.linkedin.com/in/jordanna-cheifetz-240995a5/Connect with Kristen: Booked Out Business Blueprint CallFollow her on IGBooked Banked Unbothered free training

Most coaches & healers are neglecting this part of their business (even though it’s one of the HIGHEST converting tools for clients) Having a strong DM flow is the difference between 👇 💸A $2k month and a $10k month💸Struggling to fill your calendar and having a waitlist💸Posting into the void and having high-caliber, high-paying clients reaching out saying “okayyy what’s the best way to hire you?”No more getting friend zoned, being ignored, or becoming everyone’s free online therapist. 🙄Before you spend another month tweaking your offer, fixing your content, or shifting your niche a million times over……let’s address how to guide conversations with the leads hiding in your audience right now. ----------------------P.S.
