Mindset is everything. We can give the best nutrition, training strategies, etc but without the right mindset in place, none of it will work.

  • Understand why what you’ve done in the past has failed you


3- Remove the all or nothing mindset

  • Ask yourself: What can I change tomorrow to get closer to my goal?
  • Focus on consistency over perfection
    • Showing up every day, even imperfectly, compounds far more than waiting to be “perfectly ready.”
