Fallon Moore is a Dingle-based food and events specialist and a member of the team behind Blas na hÉireann – The Irish Food Awards, the island-wide programme celebrating and championing Ireland's best food and drink producers.
She is also the curious mind behind The Irish Kitchen Shelf, where she explores a historic family recipe collection and Ireland's rich food heritage. Alongside this work, Fallon brings her passion for Irish food to events year-round, working as a coordinator and consultant to plan and host events as well as share the practical, day to day of event planning!
