The Justice Department is facing a deadline tonight to answer CNN, MS NOW and Politico's lawsuit against the president, ahead of a hearing tomorrow regarding his media ban. President Trump said that while he believes his ban is warranted, the federal judge overseeing the lawsuit “probably will” rule in the media’s favor. Today, for the first time in modern memory, the one camera that's at the White House or that travels with a president almost always, was not there.
