Vincent Busch talks about the Volt Discord server as an instrument for community management.

In the 2020 year review special episode, Eileen and Karam co-moderate an episode for the first time. They talk to Valerie and Reinier, Volteuropa's Co-Presidents, about their personal histories and humble beginnings with Volt and reflect on the impact of Covid on Volt's work. This time Eileen talks to Vincent Busch. Vincent is responsible for Volt’s European Discord acitivities and explains how discord works, why it makes sense for a political party to use a Discord server, especially in pandemic times.
