In this episode, recorded at the CrossFit Games, Nicole Aucoin of Healthy Steps Nutrition sits down with Jason Ackerman to talk about his own nutrition journey, from weighing every macro to eating only meat and fruit. They share practical lessons for affiliate owners: how to make nutrition part of your gym’s culture instead of a once-a-month talk, why coaching with empathy beats coaching with rules, and how simple habits like adding friction to unhealthy choices help members stay on track.--- Take the free Affiliate Blueprint Assessment 👉https://www.besthouroftheirday.com/affiliate-blueprint-assessment---🎓 Get 14 Days of FREE Coach Development:https://www.besthouroftheirday.com/theknowledge ---Join us at AffiliateCon 2026 | Dallas, TX | Oct 16-18 https://www.affiliatecon.co/
