Gelée founder Zoe Messinger is a chef and artist based in NYC. After studying at Cornell University School of Hospitality, Messinger ran a food truck in Europe, cooked in award-winning restaurants across Los Angeles like Kismet and Freedman's, and has created artistic food experiences such as her floating aperitivo at The Gritti Palace for the Biennale.
