In this episode, I’m talking about something I don’t think gets enough attention in the overlanding world—what happens when the excitement starts to fade and it just… isn’t as fun anymore.

I’ve been there. What starts as an incredible adventure—building your rig, planning trips, chasing new places—can slowly turn into something that feels more like work than escape. The gear gets overwhelming, the expectations get higher, and before you know it, you’re exhausted instead of recharged.

In this episode, I break down some of the common parts of overlanding that can create burnout or exhaustion and some ways to avoid them. Especially if you're newer to this hobby, you need to be aware of some of the challenges you might face.

If you’ve ever felt like your trips aren’t hitting the same, or your build has started to feel more like a burden than a passion, or you're just not sure to expect while overlanding, this one’s for you.
