Why I left Alaska to move back to the lower 48

The trill of a new rig. Taking it out in stock form, then we build it up. Did we just ruin the fun? Do we overbuild our rigs?

The 4th of July is amateur night when it comes to overlanding, well camping. What I mean is that even the dispersed spots will be taken this weekend. And most of these places get trashed. Lets face it, your average "camper" will just trash spots. And the 4th just adds more trash, fireworks. Yep here is the reason, and its a good one. My daughter Molly will be a freshman in HS and she has started marching band. So she is super busy and wouldn't get to come see me much, if at all really. So I am back!
