Meditation techniques can be invaluable to us, even, or especially, when it comes to managing our daily lives, which we often find demanding and increasingly grueling.
Meanwhile, many people have discovered meditation for themselves. And yet they often feel divided and see the times when they meditate and find inner peace again as separate from the times when they are otherwise engaged.
This is exactly where the three little meditations I explain in this post come in. They are short and also very easy to perform and so can be incorporated into any daily routine without any problems and sometimes even almost unnoticed by others. So they can be an anchor for us in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and remind us to be aware of ourselves again and again. As thinking and feeling human beings, who really notice themselves in all that they do.
