Emotions are also typically accompanied by physiological and behavioral changes in the body. But emotions are normal, so why do we try to resist them so much? Should we resist them? Studies have found that most people are In some kind of debt. Here in the US, a recent survey found that over 60 percent are in credit card debt, owing an average of over $6,000. In addition, 23% say they are going deeper into credit card debt every month, and many have missed a payment last year. And did you know that people with debt are more likely to suffer depression or anxiety. Also, 97% of people with debt say they would be happier without it.
