Over the past few years, I’ve coached many people with regard to burnout. Sadly, most people try to push through it but this can make things worse by bringing on trauma. This trauma can dysregulate the body's stress response, making it even more susceptible to burnout creating a cycle of exhaustion and distress. This may not sound very “positive,” but we’re getting to that part.
