Ironman Frankfurt happened over the weekend and it was full of chaos, drama and world class performances. There were disqualifications given, then taken back. Penalties galore. Arguments between athletes/athlete teams and referees on the course. Race changing mechanicals. Cramping/shoe issues. The Norwegian hype train was back in full force and dominating on the world stage, insane bike performances and so much more.
