Ironman Frankfurt happened over the weekend and it was full of chaos, drama and world class performances. There were disqualifications given, then taken back. Penalties galore. Arguments between athletes/athlete teams and referees on the course. Race changing mechanicals. Cramping/shoe issues. The Norwegian hype train was back in full force and dominating on the world stage, insane bike performances and so much more. Last week Sam Long undertook an intensive 5 day swim training camp ran by the best swimmer in triathlon Greg Harper.
