She now supports moms by using various hypnotherapy tools to help moms let go of emotions and thoughts that keep them feeling stuck, and open them up to the possibility of thriving in motherhood. Ana lives in Orlando with her husband and daughter and can be often found exploring her beautiful new city. She now offers virtual hypnosis sessions.
