
I was delighted to be joined by Hayley Selby this week. Hayley's the Global Head of Content for Gfk and has worked in the content industry for many years, including both B2B and B2C. I spoke to Hayley about the differences between content marketing in various sectors, specifically about her time at Ann Summers and the difficulties of tracking and measuring content efforts.
