It can be incredibly difficult to see the truth when you are standing in the middle of your own situation. In the first episode of this three-part series, Melissa explores why even successful law firm owners can struggle to get an objective view of what is actually happening in their business and how their perspective can shape the way they see a situation.

Melissa shares two examples of firms that looked very different on the surface but had the same challenge: they were making decisions based on the best read they had, not necessarily the full picture. She explains how creating structure, asking better questions, and finding concrete anchors can help owners better understand what is actually happening and uncover what they need to see more clearly.
